"Let me start by saying that Patrick has a strong support staff. Dina Oliphant replied to my email right away. His colleague Nancy Collingsworth is very responsive. But Patrick himself is absent or unreachable most of the time. I have a three cars, a house, and a sizable umbrella policy with his agency, but he doesn't email me even once per year to check in. And I'm quite certain he wouldn't recognize me if I were sitting right next to him. But he does manage to hire strong people to work at his agency, and they are able to answer my questions and execute any policy changes. So 5 stars to Dina, Nancy, and the staff; 1 star to Patrick averages out to 3 stars."

I had been considering getting a quote from an insurance company meant for Veteran's families in order to try to save some money, but after chatting with Kristian for a bit he was so genuinely considerate and went over every bit of our three car policy with me and helped me make some changes that made sense. He talked me through everything patiently and answered all of my many questions thoroughly. By the time I got off the phone I had decided to stick with State Farm. They really do reward you for being a loyal customer and so far everyone I have talked to has been a down to earth, reasonable, and honest human being. In this day and age that is appreciated more than possibly saving a few bucks."
